Our 'Don't Kill My Vibe' loose leaf tea blend is a caffeine-free mix that alleviates some of the side-effects of PMS that many women regularly experience. It is made with bayberry, milk thistle, burdock, red rose petals, dandelion, lavender, and verbena.

This special blend of herbs help provide hormonal balance while giving a restorative sense of calm to the body.

How to use:

• Please store in an air-tight container.
• Store in a dark place if your container is not opaque.
• Steep approximately 1 tsp of loose leaves into your hot water for about 2-3 minutes.
• Pour over ice for iced tea.
