Sourced from the multi-floral forests of Mt. Apo, the Philippines' highest peak, this honey captures the essence of lower-altitude hardwood trees, predominantly Acacia. It was harvested in 2022 and produced by the Pisukan bee, known for its large size and sting. Thick, extra-dark, and rich in flavor, it offers a harmonious balance of citrusy, sour, and sweet notes. This honey makes an excellent glaze for grilled meats, a perfect addition to warm drinks, or a delicious topping for creamy desserts.
