From the high-altitude forests of Mt. Halcon, this rare multi-floral honey reflects the richness of its environment. It was foraged in 2021 and is made by the Pisukan bee that collects nectar from hardwood trees such as Tulaan, Malabayabas, and Kamagong. With a thin consistency and deep, dark color, its flavor profile offers a delicate balance of floral, bitter, and sweet notes. Perfect for adding to your morning tea, drizzling over yogurt, or using in glazes for roasted meats.
