Harvested from the forest floors of Polillo in Quezon Province, this monofloral honey is produced by the small and stingless Lukutan bee. Collected in 2023 by experienced foragers, it is light in both color and texture, with flavor notes that are sweet, mildly sour, and caramel-like. Enjoy it with soft cheeses, as a sweetener for cocktails, or drizzled over warm pastries.
