This raw wild honey is cold-harvested from the untouched wilderness of Mindanao, where bees forage freely among tamarind blossoms, durian flowers, and ancient wild trees. Deep dark amber in color, it carries a thick, velvety, full-bodied texture that sets it apart from ordinary honey.

Expect bold, malty, earthy notes with a rich deep caramel undertone and a distinct fruity-acidic edge.
