How to Use:

 

Swish – Upon waking, take 1–2 teaspoons of the Oil Pulling Wash. Gently swish for 5–10 minutes to draw out ama (toxins) and nourish the mouth and gums.

 

Scrape – After spitting out the oil, use the Copper Tongue Cleaner to gently scrape from back to front 5–7 times, removing residue and stimulating digestion.

 

Rinse & Center – Rinse with warm water, breathe deeply, and feel the clarity of a fresh start — grounded, renewed, and balanced.
