Suggested Brewing Recipe:

Daily chai: 1 heaping tbsp. per 180-200mL of water or milk (dairy or plant-based)

20g chai : 250ml water

18g chai : 200ml water  85’-90’ C, steep 4 min, press slow)

Full-bodied and bold

Cold Brew

50g chai : 500ml water (2 hrs in ref)

Smooth and mellow

Stove Simmer (Traditional)

2 tbsp chai : 400 ml milk or water (3 min simmer, not boiling)

Rich and creamy

Best served with a splash of oat, cashew, or dairy milk after brew. Sweeten more to taste if desired.
