Collection: Two Gardens Tagaytay

Two Gardens is a home and garden space built by my parents, Manny & Reggie Jimenez as a family rest house back in 2000.

Since there was more than enough space and rooms, family and friends were invited to stay on weekends or on special occasions. Food was always prepared and shared. Heirloom recipes and new creations. Both parents’ sides of the family had their own good food but Mom consistently paired any breakfast & grilled food with carrot & radish pickles or “atchara” as “pampagana”.  

Realizing the health benefits, her love for pickled vegetables led to testing out pickled okra, cucumbers, onions, and Korean radish, too she started making these and gave them as gifts and received positive feedback. She also makes chutneys, Mango chutney and Tuscan chutney. 

She actually accepts food orders now from family and friends. Two Gardens Homemade offers special food such as Callos, Beef Mechado, Pork Embutido, Seafood Boullabaisse, Iberian Chicken, Chicken Curry, and Hainanese Chicken by request & now offers these pickled products!
